Terms of service

These terms govern your agency's use of Quantro OS, provided by Quantro Digital (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada).
Your account
You're responsible for the people you invite, what they do in your account, and keeping sign-in details and two-step codes safe.
You must be able to enter into a contract on behalf of your agency.
Trial, plans and payment
New agencies get a 14-day free trial. After it ends the account becomes read-only until a plan is chosen; nothing is deleted.
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars per team login. Client logins are free. Prices can change with 30 days' notice.
If a payment fails we retry for 14 days, after which the account becomes read-only until the payment is made.
Your data
Your agency owns the data it puts into Quantro OS. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy and data processing agreement.
You can export everything at any time. If you close your account you have 30 days to change your mind; after that logins are switched off and stored passwords and files are deleted. Financial records may be kept as the law requires.
Acceptable use
Don't use Quantro OS to break the law, send spam, store data you have no right to hold, or try to access other agencies' data or disrupt the service.
Availability and changes
We aim for 99.9% uptime and publish the current status at /status. We may improve or change features; we'll tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you've paid for.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
