How Quantro Digital handles personal information in Quantro OS, in line with Canada's PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA.
What we collect
Account details (names, work emails, phone numbers), what your team and clients enter (clients, projects, invoices, messages, files), and technical information such as IP address, browser and sign-in times for security.
How we use it
To run the service, keep it secure (for example spotting unusual sign-ins), send the emails and notifications you ask for, bill for plans, and support you when you ask for help.
Support staff only look at an agency's account to help it, and every support visit is written to that agency's activity log.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Quantro OS: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and — only if your agency switches them on — Anthropic (AI drafting), Google, Meta and WhatsApp. We don't sell personal information.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; stored passwords are encrypted with a separate key per agency; staff sign-in needs two-step verification; access is logged.
Keeping and deleting
We keep data while your account is open. Deleted records are cleaned up after 30 days; closed accounts are handled as described in the terms. Backups are kept for 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information by writing to privacy@quantrodigital.ca. Clients of an agency should contact that agency first.
